Shipping FAQ
Our shipping times range between 7 to 12 days, depending on multiple factors, the destination country plus the availability of the flights, since all our shipping is an express shipping.
At the checkout phase, you can always select our UPS Worldwide Expedited® option, usually it takes 3 to 6 Business Days Delivery (URGENT SHIPPING).
Keep in mind that we do not guarantee those timetables in case of any exceptions caused by UPS.
All our products are shipped to your door*, free of charge for orders above 199$.
*Except for the following countries:
Bahrain, India, Indonesia, Oman, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Croatia, Dominican Republic, Martinique, Mexico, Australia.
Customs duties and taxes differ from country to country, our logistics partner simplifies the experience for both you and us.
Mostly you do not have to pay extra taxes. In some countries however customs duties may apply, please ask your local authorities before ordering, in order to prevent any unwanted extra costs.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

This stage means that we are handling your order, this stage takes between 1-3 days, next stage is
PARTIALLY SHIPPED
This stage means that your order has been picked up by the carrier and waiting the issuance of a tracking code, next
SHIPPED
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you the tracking number, plus a link where you can track your order in real time.
At the checkout phase, if you do not see the option of free shipping, even if your order is above 199$, it is most likely that you live in a remote area, where deliveries are limit to our carrier partner.

Due to customs regulations, venzo cannot ship to Spain. We are trying hard to find a way to clear our products through the Spanish customs. We will make sure to update our shipping information, as soon as this obstacle is resolved. We apologies for any inconvenience.
